Can a fire truck explode beside out qualification?

By over working the pump!

Answers:    I work on fire trucks. It's more probable that an explosion involving the fuel tanks would be a bigger problem than the hose pump that's run off the truck's prime engine.
Depending on how the pump is run the parts could fly apart & cause pull but the pump is pushing water so a fire is not probable plus the location is not near the fuel tank on the trucks I work on. Electrical problems could cause a fire but I doubt it would explode. Hope this help.

WAHHHHHHHH?
No, the trucks were designed to beside stand a lot of dampen pressure, but they don't always use the truck for in that water source
