What is the best opening to stash plastic scratch on a motorcycle?

During my first week of riding in May, I rode my bike beside the dealer plastic keychain thingy attached to the bike knob. I took it off after a few rides after notice it left crescent scratches close the ignition. Washing doesnt make it come past its sell-by date. Any tips or is it a lost cause?

You can always put a decal on it or merely buff them out.
An ignition scratch gaurd is probably the easiest bearing to cover it up, plus it prevents any further scratches. You could get hold of some very elevated grit sandpaper and sand it down to repaint too. That is always an choice, but takes more time and the paint may not game perfectly. You can also win a scratch gaurd for the gas cistern to prevent belt and button scratches, and one for the gas container fil opening. That nouns tends to return with scratched too. You can get cut into gaurds from just almost any bike shop, and they usually have ones to contest and fit your bike with an assortment of colors.
