250 to 900?

i am riding a rebel 250 (2 months now) and i am considering stepping up. i've single been riding the bike a month and i am already seeing the limitations in power. i prefer cruiser style bikes and am not interested contained by red lining on speed. i plan to hang on to my rebel for a year to gain some more riding experience before i purchase a larger bike. i also plan to put some distance on this contemporary bike and i want to vacation on it. i am considering a kawasaki 900 vulcan. is this bike a fit for a apprentice rider like me? except, what bike can give me the power i entail while having staying power as a long occupancy product?

Answers:    A Vulcan is an excellent bike!

This will be a good transition for you as long as you hold a year under your belt. You will hold to relearn counter steering, and you have to control the bike using it's substance, not yours.

You are on the right path to copious years of safe riding, polite luck!
