Dumb question, but I am curious, and dont really want to buy a brochure just to answer my request for information. The lower headlight on these gsxr's.. it looks almost like a magnify lens or something. I am not sure if that bulb is burned out or not and am too lazy to budge pull it to see right very soon. So, being that this is the first gsxr i've owned, to product sure... is this indeed a headlight? If so, does it come on with the low or glorious beams or is within some special trick to it? If there isnt, later mine is definately burned out (came that way when I get the bike). Just curious. Thanks!
Answers: the lower is your high smirk it is a projection beam lighting (just like what the hayabusa has) My Busa uses a 9005. But looking at the fiche for yours it looks close to a H7, just verbs it out and take it next to you. Either way you can carry one any auto parts store alot cheaper than a bike shop.

Most twin headlight front ends work 1 light on low lintel
2 lights on high shaft.
But don't take my word for it , ask Suzuki.

I single see 2 headlights - a high and a low.
Does your bike enjoy a small lens below those lights in the middle of them?
Some other Jap sportbikes own them.
They're not lights.
Just additional reflectors built into the headlight assembly.
