Answers: pretty sure yours is a 6 speed tranny but it may be a 5 speed. anyways. take stale. when you want to shift release the trottle and pull on clutch lever. near clutch lever still squeezed lift up toes and disappeared foot under shift lever. a partly click up for 1st is nuetral a full lift up is second. afterwards every time to shift up repeat. to shift down just do the disparate but you dont have to release the clutch untill you turn to take rotten again.
Hold the clutch in.
Gear up near your foot.
Give a little gas while letting the clutch out slowly.
Remember to consent to the clutch out slowly while giving gas or you'll pop a wheelie.
simple, shift before the red column, but be careful,i have one, very speedily,if that is what you are lookjng for, power,or save just shift majority
Would find someone that can give you one-on-one, protected instructions. I go to a church where on earth the preacher's son got on a motorcycle he wasn't comfortable with and terminated up plastered to a tree. They wanted his family unit to sign off so they could collect his organs.
Thank God he made it and is walking around now. He have a long way to stir to recover, but he's alive.
You inevitability to be careful and wear a helmet.
If your asking... I hope your not riding one...mode to much power for a learner....having said that....
it depends on how you ride the bike & how much of a hurry your surrounded by... Ya see if the clutch is in your not driving the flipside wheel !
So if you contained by a hurry & taking off from the lights this is how you do it FAST...
engine running.. clutch surrounded by..select first gear(one down)..
3000 to 4000 rpm on the tacho... let out the clutch to the slip point.(youve be riding it awhile,so you know where that is)
as the bike take of let the clutch out & get moving ..use the clutch & rear brake to control the bike( you dont want the front gearstick up in the air)..
as the engine near the red line on the tacho.. raise the gear lever with your foot (gentle pressure) .. blip the accelerator.. (let it sour & pull it wager on on) the bike will change gear in need the clutch.. (constant mesh gear box).. as the engine nears red vein on the tacho..lift the gear lever beside your foot (gentle pressure).. blip the.. repeat untill 150 MPH shows on the speedometer....
I think that you are asking how to bring the most power out of the beastie, leave some rubber doing a tour, look way cool to you homeys, attract the babe and make profusely of way cool jingle.
Takes practice not for nubies, think of it as typical acceleration on steroids.
Take off contained by first and let the reves come up to mid variety to NEAR red line. A hasty shift to second (make it quick and clean) spinal column on the throttle let the revs come up a short time more then shift to third. Repeat this process to 5th or 6th what ever you get.
Now you should be sailing down the highway ready to crash into a tree or guardrail or sports car and die. To do a wheelie/cat walk bring the reves up shift your counterweight back and dump the clutch when you shift from first to second and consequently crash and die.
Hmmmm seems to be a matter to this advice, insane riding is for the track beside safety equipment not for the street. To see James Dean "Live fast, die infantile and leave a STUPID corpse"
I don't stingy any disrespect, but if you need to ask this grill you have no business on an R1. Just trying to hide away you from some serious injury.
