1994 Suzuki katana gsx600f decline prob?

hello just bought a gsx600f near 23,000 for 600 bucks i expected that there would be work needed on the bike so the prob is i cant run it beside the choke off it have to be fully on if i move the lever at all the bike shuts down i notice with the choke fully on it just runs at about 3000rpm unlike my other bike a shadow 600 wich will run at approaching 4-5000rpm when the choke is on do i need to adjust the stand still screw if so where is that located or should i stir ahead and do a rebuild gratefulness

Answers:    If it wont run with the choke stale,,
odds are most plausible you need to dismantle the carbs and verbs them.

Idle jets expressly.

Doesn't sound similar to a bad concordat for $600,,
Any kind of "start & run" is other a good sign.

Here's a parts diagram,,might sustain

Good luck next to it
warm the motor later keep the revs at just about 2,500 while slowly taking the choke off.if it runs minus choke on throttle then adjust the unemployed.if it wont run off choke afterwards the mixture is to lean.check all your mounting rubbers and pipes for iar leak, cracking etc.if its been standing for a while steal the jets out of the carbs and blow them out beside a good airline.
