i bought this bike with 4000 mi on it . at hand was a fire beneath the seat that took out most of the electrical within that spot . i hav replaced all of the dog-eared parts , but the rear fender strut on the right side be damaged as capably. i had a fab shop remove both fender struts and i enjoy installed a spring seat and immediately there is nowhere to put the fuel pump (without relocating it). i own run the bike in my shop next to a remote tank and have no problems at different throttle positions. i assume that it will be ok , but could use the input. obviously the fuel pump is in attendance for a reason and it would'nt be that big a concord to mount it, but it would be more hassle free to gravity feed. any input would be great, thanx. it is a 95 vt600 vlx, i hold other bikes so this one i bought just to goof around next to . i am into it about 1000 bucks presently including the purchase price.
Answers: I would think it is for proper fuel abdication to prevent fuel starving on a tough accel or under a nouns. I don't think it have a return line does it? I am going sour of foggy memory from a co worker who owned one back within the 90s.

sorry bro, but it wishes that fuel pump. You need the fuel pressure or it won't achieve enough fuel and will deed up pretty badly whenever you hit the throttle.
