Can I affix my husband to my car's title if he's not on the vehicle loan?

I couldn't add my husband to the car loan because of his doomed to failure credit history but I would like to add him to the saloon title is this possible? We live in Kansas. Thanks.

Answers:    If you haven't already transferred the title into your name, the mound may let you. You'd have to call upon them and explain you would like the title to be in both your and your husband's entitle. Banks generally only similar to to have the people nominated as owner who are also on the loan, so I won't guarantee anything.
You should be able to but ask your lender because they won't release the lien when you reapply for a new title contained by your hubby's name. No. Not until you pay it sour. The title is held by the people that gave you the loan..they are the leinholders. If he be not on that paperwork, then the leinholders and DMV will not allow it.
