Auto Insurance / Tree Limb fell on my Car Dented Roof.?

Hi, I had a tree member fall on my coup¨¦ and put a dent and ding on my roof. It is not major but I would close to to gt it fixed. This happened contained by my Grandmother's driveway. My question is if I brand a claim with my auto Insurance company are they going to budge after her or her Homeowner's to cover it? She is 90 years old and I don't want her to be bothered by it surrounded by any way. Thanks.

Answers:    Nope, they won't turn after her - she's not responsible. Homeowners policies never, ever, ever pay for auto plunder - there's an exclusion in near.
not sure .. talk to atty

possibly you "sue" dear grandma .. obvious she won't salary / might cause the homeowners to cough it up ?

i would suggest its better for her to take the hit on the homeowners insurance and for you to thwart this ... than to take the hit on your auto coverage and to wage more / longer ?
you probably wouldn't have to thwart her annual homeowners that long (not to be morbid)
don't tell them it happen in her driveway report to them you were parked on the street
