i was surrounded by a car quirk last month and i have no insurance or no license. I was stopped at a red street lamp in the not here turn lane. The light turned green and i wait for the driver in front of me to budge straight before i go left. As soon as the lantern turned green, he started heading straight for me. I was anxious so i tried to move my car out of the opening by turning the wheel to the right and hitting the gas. i still get hit in the drivers door. The cop come and gave him a ticket for disaster to reduce speed to avoid an calamity. His insurance company called me and said they be not going to pay for the damages, claiming that this be my fault because i be turning. However, it is impossible because of where the damages on the cars is. There be a witness who called 911 and give her info, but left in the past the police got in attendance. How do i resolve this situation?
