Am I financially responsible underneath any circumstances if my wife get into a motor quirk?

Say she is driving my car and we share duplicate insurance. What if we have unified ownership of the car? And what if she's not on my insurance and it turns out that she's other using the car? Am I ever responsible for the impair she does to somebody else or their vehicle? thanks

Answers:    You are married, you will both be responsible for damages. If she is not tabled on the policy (& obviously you KNOW she requests to be otherwise you wouldn't be asking this question), your company can deny coverage. You would then be paying for adjectives property damage, injury to your car & bodily injury she does out of your pocket. You probably can't afford that, most of us can't.
Get her programmed on the policy NOW, call your agent first entry this morning & have her added.
Did you know that if you are underneath 30, your premium may very all right go down if you be listed as single & you join your wife?? Of course it depends on her driving record too but if it is clad, your insurance could be less.
Not an answer but a interrogate: Are you saying that you enjoy joint ownership of a coup¨¦ and both of you are paying insurance on the same saloon?? Your question is confusing. However, she is your wife. You both will be paying something if she crashes if you share equal checkbook.
