Applying for third provisional license surrounded by ireland,but call for proof of my spoilt driving testing,who do i contact?

is it the local motor taxation office?bit confused....


Answers:    When you took the theory test the examiner would have given you a result sheet mark the areas you failed surrounded by. If you have this it will do. If you do not have it you could apply to the focus where you took the check for a copy. The addresses of the driving tryout centres around the country are at the site below.
