Im 17, Soon I will be driving a 96-00 Acura Integra GS-R. I will be insured under my parents AAA policy. How much should my parents expect to pay?
Answer:
it depends. are you just getting your license or have you had it awhile? most states surcharge anyone who has been licensed less than 3 yrs. each yr you hold a license it will drop the rates a little. are you going to carry full coverage or just liability? call AAA and ask them, they will be able to tell you exactly what it will cost. you are looking at a LOT if you are just getting your license
I don't know the answer but may I please give you a bit of unasked for advice for next time. Before you buy a car find out first what it will cost to insure it. It may cause you to reconsider your decision. Sometimes 2 cars, which are about the same, can have very different costs for insurance.
Good luck with your car.
i'm thinking that you need to be paying for the insurance. you'll be driving the car, correct? contribute. pay the gas, insurance, etc. responsibility is a b*tch, sweetie.
I agree with mr. insurance agent.
It'll also depend on your driving record and whether you're male or female (as males statistically get in more accidents). Good luck!
Your parents should expect to pay ZERO and should instead expect you to find a JOB and pay for it yourself. You're a big boy now.
My mom never paid for my insurance. I got a job and paid for it myself.
More than you will make flipping hamburgers.
You want fries with that?
