Answers:    SORRY but no chance, she have to do all the prohibition.
also insurance will be sky high.
Well you might gain mad at this, but I hope she serves adjectives that time and more.
To drink is ok and to drive is ok but when you mix the two you are asking for trubble. I am glad she did not kill or mame anyone near her drinking. But to have pitty on her I enjoy none. If she had kill someone with her drinking later she would be sorry but you can't bring the unconscious back to enthusiasm, and you can prevent the deathe of someone by not drinking and driving.
Your friend should have scholarly her lesson first time round. Not only is she putting her own life span at risk by drinking and driving, but also anyone else who happens to be surrounded by her way at the time. That is rude. People who drink and drive should be automatically banned from driving for energy and have the severest of fines, captivity etc. There is no excuse for such behaviour, it's not clever, its criminal within every sense of the word.
Drinking and Driving is as bad as murder. The party has no control over their body, and for this reason no control over the car. 2 of my friends be killed by a drink driver - my mate got go (by being dead) - and the driver get 4 years ban. How can this be right? As for insurance, forget it - deeply of insurance companies wont touch her - she's too much of a risk to insure. Drink OR Drive, dont combine them. I hope she serves the complete ban and more - 4 years is zilch compared to a life.
she can apply impulsive for a good defence BUT in the baggage of your friend and what you have told us I dont hold out much hope forget it
She can try, but don't hold out any hope. As far as the court is concerned she lost her licence for 4 years for a plea. You don't get "time stale for good conduct". Insurance is going to be horrendously expensive.
Well Fiona--a legal representative might help--or a hearing surrounded by private with motor vehicle might assistance. But what is the point of helping a twice convicted drunk driver. Anyone in your house ever hurt or killed by a drunk?? My dad be...so I hope your friend is trying to learn from adjectives this before an injury or vicious accident happen. A drunk driver is as apt to hurt or kill--just as if you gave a drunk a gun to get around. But the person is not your responsibility--why ask roughly speaking it?? You certainly don't hope she get off do you?? If she does you will probably be flying to Ireland for her funeral. It's simply a matter of time. Hey I mull over you wrote another letter--she got sour?? Well how about that. I guess Ireland is easier on the drunks than the rest of the world. Think just about it--the judge keep making money--the funeral directors keep making money--the doctors preserve making money---I guess turning her loose keeps everyone rich ---oh well--she's not my daughter.
drink and driving stays on your licence for 11 years from the date of conviction. after 5 years insurance companys tend not to verbs about it. try more than as they are exceedingly good
