Answers: Not sure nearly their bodily injury policy. However I do know that they WILL want to put aftermarket parts (if available) on your vehicle. Anything they can find aftermarket including lights, sheet metal etc. Aftermarket sheet metal does NOT fit exactly like OEM (original equipment mfg) USED parts are better than A/M parts. Everything depends on what description of car you drive as some will NOT hold any aftermarket parts available IE BMW, Mercedes, Volvo, SAAB, etc A/M Honda and Toyota bumper covers (plastic parts) are pretty good. Find a GOOD repair facility and they won't use poor point A/M parts. They will take pictures of the defective parts and be capable of justify OEM. Good luck.
