Today I was in a car accident with some friends of mine, and I hit a parked car. I accidently mistook the gas for the brake and I messed up this car. The lady who owns the car was just standing there, but she seemed really nice. I hope my insurance doesn't go up sky high. this is my third accident. My mom didn't seem pissed, but I still feel bad that my parents are going to have to pay for the insurance. do you guys think I should get a job and help them pay? I feel so bad. but my car wasn't that damaged just the license plate was bent out of shape. I feel sorry for the ladies car though.

look at the bright side: you can still drive your car, and no one was hurt. Just be careful next time and remember that accidents happen even when you least expect it.
well, if i was your parents you woulda been kicked off the insurance on the first accident... you sure as hell better start paying now that you crashed a 3rd time.
why not help pay for it? can u help me?

tell ur parents ur sorry nd help dem pay for it nd den buy dem sumthing nice...dats wat id do...
Yes, you should get a job to pay for your insurance. For the next 3 years if you're still living at home your folks will be paying higher premiums. I hate to be a hard ***, but driving=responsibility. If you do get a job and help out, don't let the accident get you down. You gained a valuable lesson in what NOT to do next time in the same situation, and you'll be able to hold your head a little higher for being responsible.
You did have a bad day Marz. Here is a big hug and a peck on the cheek. You should do everything you can to make up for the crash. Accidents happen! What you do next to make it right sets the tone for who you will become! There are other's out there who are watching you, that you don't even know about! Just think of what a great role model you will be if you do the right thing! Good luck sweetie; and do the right thing so that good things can come your way.
Karma, what goes around comes around.Be good! Nana
If your parents are not pissed about it, then don't even mention to them about helping them pay for insurance. LET IT GO! You will just put yourself in a bad position about paying. Your parents are paying for your insurance without a problem. I think they are just thankful that no one got hurt or that it was not done illegally. Keep your money in your pocket. You will pay for your own insurance when the time comes. Right now, it doesn't seem like it's time ;)
Learn from the experience. Practice driving in parking lots so that you don't mistake the gas for the brake. Don't drive with friends in the car until you can drive without them distracting you. Consider yourself lucky that nothing more serious happened because of your inability to concentrate on your driving.
Of course you should pay for the accident! After 3 accidents it seems you are being a bit too careless and taking advantage of your situation. In my opinion, you should stay from behind the wheel until you learn some good driving skills and figure out how to operate a motor vehicle. Though you are not in error in the way that you feel, perhaps you have not learned from the past two incidents and need to know the consequences of your actions. I'm sure your parents won't love you any less, but this must be upsetting for them. Not only are you causing them to pay out more money, but you are potentially putting yourself and others in danger and for this reason, you should stay from behind the wheel until you tighten up your motor vehicle skills.
This won't make you feel better...yet -- you need to get a job and start paying for your insurance. Helping your parents WILL make you feel a lot better.
Third one huh? your ins. may go up a little. If all 3 accidents have been in a short period of time, they could cancel your insurance. Yes get a job, help them out.
