I was driving to work one morning and come to a stop on the freeway.The semitruck driver behind me be going about 30 mph and fell asleep trailing the wheel.I be in a honda civic and adjectives i remember is hearing adjectives the windows surrounded by the car breaking on contact and next i passed out.When i came to i hear a loud noise,it be the truck driver putting his truck in reverse to support out of my car.The grill of the truck be 6 inches from my right shoulder,he had gone through the trunk and the vertebrae seat.I be in the trama center for three days enjoy seen frequent doctors and been going to phis ther and a cyro for months.My body hurts almost adjectives the time and my medical bills and missed work add up to almost 50,000 dollars.I do have a attorney and i need to know is adjectives this pain and suffering going to wage off surrounded by the end our am i gonna grasp screwed in the finale.My question is how much can i expect to obtain from a bad stroke of luck like this.And is within a way to total a estimate settlement.

You probably don't want to hear this but...truth is truth.

Are you going to achieve screwed? Yes. Why? Because you got an attorney.

Attorneys are leeches - they benefit from YOUR suffering and don't enjoy to do ANYTHING. They get salaried for doing NOTHING....and you even get charged for things that the insurance company would enjoy done for free.

Things like requests for your medical archives. The insurance company would have gotten a medical release and ordered the medical bills at THEIR expense.

The attorney? Got the SAME medical release and is order the bills at YOUR expense.

Regardless of whether you got an attorney or not...The insurance company is REQUIRED BY LAW to review, evaluate, analyze ALL submitted documents and craft a FAIR offer. :-) FAILURE to construct a fair present results in penalty and lawsuits and major repulsiveness.....so.....it USUALLY doesn't happen that they will low orb you.

Soooo...what's your attorney good for, huh?

Essentially they are a amount head/middle man that is going to find 1/3 of your EARNED settlement for doing NOTHING. :-)
