Car ran out of gas .. driver have to walk a distance to get hold of it and police found car beside a few minor problems and although it was bad the road had it towed as a storm be coming and then im pounded it.. Car is frail and need to lug off road. can I newly go obtain the plates and turn them in, as insurance will be canceled soon, short having to contact police?Will reward for towing but cant right away.
Answers: yeah go take your plates so you don't have to earnings the dmv or they could suspend your license. just report to the impound lot to junk it even better present them the title.
I don`t see why not. Same thing happen to my car and I freshly went to the towing place and demanded to retrieve some personal items. I get my things and just never go back to obtain the car!
