What form do you need to sell a car without part 4 -8 of the Registration Certificate Please?

Question:
Our daughter left her car with us to sell. We've just found a buyer. They've left a deposit and gone off to get the rest of the money. NOW we realise that we only have two pages of the Registration Certificate. The page we're supposed to fill in to notify the DVLA of the sale is missing, Can we get a form from the Post Office instead? Please?

Answer:
Fill in the new keeper details on Section 6 - keep that form as you send it off

Fill in section 10 of the new keeper details and gave that to the buyer (New Keeper Supplement)

I have the form in front of me

Is the registration certificate in your daughter's name as the keeper?

The best advice I can say is take the details of the new keeper and write to the DVLA explaining this and don't forget to include the date of sale.
But still gave them section 10 as that is his copy.
