Last night a motor hit my car contained by a very busy intersection. Basically I be in my far moved out lane and she was within the middle lane. She tried to get into my lane but it be too late. I wasn't even going nifty, I was going 40mph which would've given me plenty time to stop had I see her trying to get contained by my lane or even a turn signal which she didn't use. So out of nowhere her car hits mine right by the headlight departing a dent and some scratches. So my query is should I file a claim? There be no police report and no injuries and her car be a rental with full coverage insurance. She be obviously at responsibility. What do I do?
