I bought a used ATV from a guy Sep. 22, he needed to pay the quad past its sell-by date, and would send me the title when he get it, he said usually less than a month to draw from it. I still dont have it, and he have stopped answering my emails and wont answer his phone. He have me a written bill of Dutch auction with both our signatures and the ATV vin number on the bill. I also hold all the emails sent between us when making the contract. what can I do? the quad was around $4800, and be in Ohio, and I am within michigan.
and please dont tell me i shouldnt own bought it without a title, I own learned my lesson.

You're completely at his mercy. You can't do ANYTHING without that title. Except perchance file fraud charges against him, or sue him surrounded by small claims court to get your money wager on.
