My partner has be teaching me to drive for around three months presently. I have be told that the law states that when you are a learner you arn't aloud any passenger. Is this correct?
Answers: In the US, like everything else, it is a state-by-state rule. Some states allow passenger, others do not. In Oklahoma, we were allowed passenger, but the person surrounded by the front seat have to be a licensed driver over 21.
