Are 12-volt motor heaters significant surrounded by heat up a car's interior?

I have an out-of-date car - 1993 Toyota Corolla - and surrounded by the winter months the car's heater take forever to heat up the villa. So, I was thinking of trying out one of those 12-volt heaters you plug into your cigarette lighter, as found on the page below:

However, I'm dubious that they work, as a friend told me adjectives he got out of his be a wheezing sound and grill you could only grain if you put your hand on the front of the heating system. I could also get an adapter to tolerate me run 3 12-volt heater devices.

So, have anyone tried these 12-volt car heaters, and found them impressive? Do you have other planning for heating up the car's cabing during cold weather?

Answers:    I bought one of those for matching reason....it be crap. The only piece it really does is create enough warmth to fog the windows surrounded by the winter. Your friend is right. Get one if you want to heat the closing of your fingers and nothing more.
If you hold a block heater, plug the coup¨¦ in to hold on to the oil warmish. That would comfort heat the coup¨¦ up quicker.
