What’s the fastest you’ve ever driven? What were you driving and where on earth was it?

I planted my right boot squarely to the floor impulsive last Sunday am on a really hushed stretch of the M180 and got the Golf GTI I be driving up to about 125mph earlier I lost my nerve and lift off. Fantastic thrill though!

Answers:    My best time is 9.93 here on the 1/4 track contained by Houston. My speed was 142mph, next to a 1.5 sec for the 0-60.

I drive a 97 Ej8 swapped and turbo'ed. Who needs a man when your sports car does exactly what ya tell it to!
