Answers: I go to CPS & know the poor math skills most of my classmates had. If you be born in 1993 you'd be 16 sometime within 2009.
Which sucks for you. Because the rules changed effective contained by 2006... which was closing year. So technically you would have be better off if you be born in 1990.
I'm assuming that you intended a FULL drivers license, not a learners permit/graduated license. If you designed one of these, then you can drive at 16, but beside restrictions. You can be alone sometimes... but not with a cell phone (which is banned anyhow in the city unless it's handsfree), & not beside your friends -> these are the requirements now... it will be more fun for you.
The tougher restrictions are supposed to come into effect contained by 2008 (still would have needed to be born most up-to-date by 1992). Though, you will still be able to carry your learners & progress from near. Though be warned, this tougher system is looking for screw-ups & violation so while you will be able to "drive" next to a license at 16, it will come with various restrictions that might take it away from you.
