About saloon window?

Why do the drivers and the "shootgun" seats window go down adjectives the way when the backbone windows usually solely go down 3/4 of the mode

Answers:    the REAL reason is the backside wheel arch interferes near the bottom of the car door. There isn`t ample room to roll the window adjectives the way down within the bottom of the door. Look at the window, after look at the bottom of the door.

I have see newer cars with the flipside window rolled adjectives the way down, but I cannot remember which one it be at the moment...

Because small children are not suppossed to ride in the front form and with window that do not go adjectives the way down, they are smaller amount likely to topple out of an open windowpane.
