Answers:    Well it's either 13 X 13% which is 169% which sounds too ominous to me. Or 13+13% so try it and see, does it look like partly the light is getting through or basically a bit shaded.

I don't know you why you want tinted windows anyway they look cheap. I've see a guy in a hat with sunglasses contained by a limo with chunky tints and the sound turned up illustrious lighting a cigarette while driving. I've also seen a woman contained by a full Islamic outfit, slits for eyes, driving an SUV with tinted window and on the mobile phone. If they are allowed to do that I should be allowed to drink drive at 60mph through our village, it'd be plentifully safer.
