Alternative cars for parking surrounded by notably congested areas.?

Just wondering that there are so copious cars modelled every year. Has anyone thought about creating cars that can be parked surrounded by highly congested areas.

Take a look at some of the photos of speak 'Chandni Chowk' before answering. Its a really congested nouns of Delhi. I wonder if anyone has, or is working on a saloon that can be compacted or something so that it may be parked easily?

So far obviously there is the smart which can park contained by a normal firth sideways. 2 wheelers take up even smaller amount room. But the answer to congestion is not to take your own personal transport component into congested areas at all.
