Cheap instructors are cheap for a foundation, it's the only approach they can stay in business as none of their former pupils would recommend them.
If you want to get hold of good in a flash be prepared to pay more per lesson. You will as a rule need smaller number lessons & a smaller amount tests near a good instructor & will carry your licence more quickly & without risk. The best way to choose an instructor is by suggestion. Ask around friends & see who they used.
