Cheapest GPS?

i am usually a city driver and want a cheap GPS unit
so what be best choice and from where on earth to get it

GPS are as low as 50 $ by later.

I don't use GPS in city much. you see, the roads are constantly shifting and a cheap GPS won't come with updates. besides, its MY city so i know it pretty in good health.
