Answers:    Well within 2008 and 2009 expect an increasing pressure of traffic.
and in 2010 expect core strain.
It should reach the other side of NC 55 by past due 2011.
Sorry, but we won't see anything good til 2011.
Agree near the previous poster, but I'll add that it won't be I-540...instead it will be NC 540, a toll-road. The NCDOT is going on for out of money to build new roads, so they're hand off that project to the different Turnpike Authority to build.
