Do you believe that turning your a/c or fry rotten help stockpile gas mileage?

I always own the same gas mileage, whether or not I enjoy my a/c or heat on. What do you cogitate?


Answers:    MythBusters did an episode testing this notion. It turns out that driving with the window down wastes more gas than have the A/C on because it creates more drag and makes the saloon work harder. A/C does eat gas faster though. So, the best mode to save gas is to enjoy the windows up and the A/C rotten altogether.
