Well first of all please don't answer no or only just answer for one, please try answering all of them.

1. Where do you buy concept cars?

Answers:    its spelled "hydraulics"

1. Concept cars are usually Auctioned off...

2. You can put Hydraulics on ANYTHING, it a short time ago takes different hardware, But Jeeps and SUVs hold no "style" for laying low, Full sized sedans of the 50-70 do ably though. Small wheels spawn the car look longer and do not pulp the fenderwells when slammed. Proper lowriding is about "Class" and not roughly speaking "Yo, Look at how much money I appear to have". No one is impressed.

Jeeps are utility vehicles, cars can be innovative, grab an issue of lowrider magazine. Cars are closely easier to put hydraulics in, especially "adjectives coil spring" ones, Like full size CChevys and Big Fords.....let me see if I can find pics...

YEah, we use skinny Bias ply tires, for that lowrider look, they look classic (NO RACING, Lowriding is not just about racing!)

afterwards getting away from the hydraulics and all, is the "RAT-ROD look...

1. You can solitary find concept cars for sale at auctions, private owners looking to deal in one, or sometimes you can contact a manufacturer and ask them if they enjoy anything like that and are liable to sell it. The latter skin though is probably the rarest and toughest to do unless you have slightly a bit of loot to burn and sheer luck to find something available and that you will even enjoy/like!
2. Technically it is possible to install hydraulics on anything! It might not seem conventional or even practical but it can be done. You don't see it habitually on jeeps but on SUV's it's way more adjectives!
3. This last cross-examine is way more feelings than anything and really should be answered mainly by yourself. I other say to be inspired and make anything you have yours and it'll be great to you for sure and who care what others think mete out if it is done nicely, even if ancestors don't personally similar to it (if they know anything )they'll respect you & the vehicle for what you have done to it and i'm sure, deserve for it! However, aphorism all that... I'd vote go for an hoary Caddy from the 60's!! If you had the loot a 59 Eldo would do lovely for you!! My subsequent vote would be for a conv. Lincoln Continental 63-67!!
