Answers: I have a Saab 9-3 that I bought brand exotic 2 years ago and I love it. I've never had one problem beside it and it drives awesome. Plus with a clean car you probably hold a better warranty. Even if the pre-owned is certified, you still don't know who had it past you and what they might have done to it. Plus I love my Saab because you don't see as masses on the road. It's for a moment silly but I like have something more unique.
Your choice but if the cost is impossible to tell apart, I'd go beside the new one.
I hold owned both and I would grab the Saab!
