66 impala dont know wether to buy it?

there is a 66 chevy impala 283ci for public sale for $2000 if I were to buy it and fix it up would I be wasting my time and money or would it be a honest investment.
Matching numbers, engine runs, has 39,000 inspired miles on it, no big mechanical or electrical problems, body desires work and needs paint. Let me know your view on what I should do, thanks.

Answers:    I SAY GO FOR IT ,IS DEFINATELY A GREAT INVESTMENT , BUT I REALLY DOUBT THOSE ARE THE ORIGINAL MILES, EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE NOT IS STILL A GREAT PRICE THEIR SELLING IT FOR.U COULD FIND ANY MISSING PARTS OR REPLACEMENT PARTS ANYWHERE NOW.IF U DONT WANT IT ILL BUY IT.

It sure sounds righteous. I'd look at pics on the net of same looking cars and see if you're going to approaching it once it gets fixed up. Chances are, if you know you'll resembling it, plenty of other people will too. It sure sounds great, though.
