A foreign motor?

i want a new vehicle but am not sure what to get. i be something with a nippy engine.. a sedan preferably... with leather, navi, and a great stocksound system. max price 30,000.. it can be used, but not something to dated.. but a head-turner and something to make race think its expensive..
