2007 BMW X3 or the 2008 Toyota Highlander Sport AWD?

I can't decide! Is the maintance packet worth the extra cost of the BMW?

Answers:    I would go next to the Highlander. The car is cheaper to fix (if you ever stipulation to fix it) and I think the fresh Highlander has more room than the X3. Edmunds.com say the Highlander has a pretty "fuel restructured engine" it probably costs less than the X3 too. Plus, BMWs procure pretty expensive to fix after the warranty expires, so I think Highlander is better if your going to hold on to the car for more than 4 years.
I'd dance with the Highlander, but explicitly a personal choice really, as far as the maintenance included collection, the BMW would still be more expensive even if it wasn't
