Does anyone know how to remove a minor varnish stain from the non skid gel coat of a beneteau sailboat?

the stain(s) are not thick, it looks like a adulterate film of varnish on the non skid. I have already tried acetone, but to no avail. I'd appreciate any encouraging response. Thanks.

Answers:    Scrape(put a cloth over a 5-in-one tool) (the method of using a dull tool to gently lift bad excess solid or caked-on stains) to remove excess. Apply a dry spotter to the stain and cover with an absorbent wipe moistened with dry spotter. Let it stand as long as any stain is being removed. Keep the wipe and stain moist. Flush (the method of applying stain remover to loosen staining material and residue from stain removers) with a dry-cleaning solvent and allow to dry.
Is the non-skid chunk of the deck (textured) or a press on like tape?

Have you tried on-off by mary kate?

You could roll the dice beside muriatic acid but have plenty of hose down available. It will not hurt your gel finish beyond having to wax it. Keep it away from bedding materials and aluminum fittings.
you could try Jiff & a strong rag. It is mildly scratchy so dont rub too hard at first. It also has a solvent endeavour & will remove most stains with care. wd40
this may nouns dumb .but try dishwasher power damp the area ...apply the power and tolerate sit for an hour, keeping the powder damp. After an hour or so scrub with a soft brush and rinse , later wax.
