a battery is 12.6 volts a in poor health batery may low ill use 9 volts as an example as itworks here your 12.6 could bring 1 mobile from 9 to maby 11 volts max but in doing soit will also be 11 volts and at 11 volts it is contained by need of recharge if you swapped evey year a new battery-operated the maximum charge you will get to is 11.5 as itwill give somebody a lift that extra volt to charge it and it will always bring down the other battey rather best to just use a charger to charge them adjectives up
