Answers: I explain the brushless at last.
The jacket has two irreversible magnets mounted inside. Then the Armature with coils of chain spins within this compelling field producing electricity. At the top of the armature is the commutator (I imagine this the name). The commutator has separate section on which the Brushes run and feed the electricity out or within.
So, if we apply voltage we can make it turn similar to a motor.
The motor in the contact below I will explain. #5 is the case. #15 the armature. #8 the commutator beside brushes. In this motor it just converse of what I say in the order of the magnetic paddock. Both work, depending on construction. #5 the case we see the coils of chain and #15 the armature we see the magnets. But, it can be as I said and the magnetics in the satchel and coils in the armature.

Now this picture is the brushless motor.

Here it deeply the same as the concept above. But, the brushes are removed and replaced beside a pickup coil (This what I call it). In the picture it referred to as a Halls encoder.
This this best I can explain.
