Sailboat question. What are some small (10-14ft) sailboats that can adopt a 2hp motor?

I'm new to this and on the bazaar for a garage-able sailboat that can 1. accept a small motor for the marina and 2. be stored surrounded by a one-car garage and 3. POSSIBLY be able to for a while distance sailing (along the coast)

I was looking for something similar to the Hunter 146 but also my budget isn't that great.. Any suggestions and possible boats?

Answers:    You might look for something close to a com-pac 16. You can find them for less than $3,000, they tour pretty well, and enjoy 'cruising comforts' and the ability for coastal cruising (they hold a small cuddy cabin to obtain out of the rain and weather). plus they fit resourcefully on a trailer, and can probably handle up to around 4hp.

for a moment or two more length, something like an ODay Mariner or DaySailer will be around $3000 or smaller number, and is 19' or 17' depending on model. Still very efficiently trailerable.
