Answers:    First check to see if clogged, you do this by twisting counter clock astute on top of bilge pump if it isn't clogged merely go to wal mart to buy a replacement you will own a few choices in size (gallons per hour) I bought the 750 series and am comparatively happy beside it. These units cost apx $18-25 bucks.
You may also want to check the switch this can be done near the help on another being and a continuity tester unhook the wires from the pump hook up the tester and have someone else flip the switch. If the switch works later replace the pump.
Bayliners don't suck. They are a good entry plane boat. They are a inexpensive way to find if you love boating. Now the bilge pump is vastly easy to replace. It should lately unscrew from base and you replace it near one like it or better it is up to you. The electric wiring is simple, only 2 wires to connect.
