no it will not seepage unless you have a hole or leak within your soft top but if it does rain excessivly lets utter it pours down rain for a month straight then yes it will win wet but i dont think thats gonna start so you will be fine parking it in your drive way but something you might want to maintain in mind the s2000 has be on the top 10 list for most stolen car contained by america since it came out so parking it in your drive road might not be smart i have had to replace the top on mine 5 times because it empire kept cutting the top and stealing stuff out of it till finally i spent the 2 grand on a complicated top na, there made to be in the precipitation.
