Get a wrecked mini, find some carbon fiber for the body, cram surrounded by a twin-turbo v6, and make it adjectives wheel drive. That saloon would be hard to entrap, not that it already isnt.
Answers: I own a shop, a race vehicle & truck, and have a level in industrial engineering. This is outstandingly possible to do, but on the down side; you would have a vehicle that would be highly unstable. The shorter the vehicle gets, the smaller amount stable it becomes next to torque. To put things in prespective; You would hold a vehicle that would want to go within circles instead of moving in a straight rank. This was the problem next to craming too much engine in the Chevy Vega's and/or vehicle of this short of a configuration. Here is the reality of it; Even next to an all tiller drive, the wheels will not go and get traction evenly unless you run a locking type differential, meaning both sides are locked together. Due to torque, it is untaught for a vehicle to pull more on one side than it does on the other. To prove my point, even a dragster near a locking type differential must be shortened on one side in demand for the vehicle to go straight. The shorter the vehicle, the more unstable the vehicle become when the twist of torque is applied to the frame & body. The conception sounds like something that would yank it down the track, and it would, but getting it to go contained by a straight line would be almost impossible to acheive. This of late happens to be why banister job dragsters are long. I own seen abundant small vehicles beside too much power placed in them, and every one of them would not dance straight down the track. If a computer was used to control traction to respectively wheel to hold on to it straight, then I might work. This seem to be the same issue that took place near some of the stealth bombers that couldn't be flown until computers were put surrounded by charge of keeping them in the heavens. The shorter something is, the quicker the turning radius becomes. Realize the outcome if something broke. Safety is the valid issue, and something of this nature wouldn't come close to self stable, or safe. You wouldn't want an epidemic rocket running down the drag strip. This has be tried, and gave up on by several people beside Chevy Vega's, and Ford Pinto's. They just couldn't attain them to win due to passing the threshold of stability for all along the vehicles.

anythign is possible, but probably wouldn't be worth the amoutn of money you would spend on it.
