I'm wondering if the rims off of a Mercury Maurader will fit on a 2000 Mountaineer/Explorer? If they will fit does anyone know if they come in any other sizes besides 18". Also anyone know what wideness tires those rims take?
Answers: Yes they fit but why would you want too? ... The Explorer have many other nice rim option, plus aftermarket ones will be cheaper than Maurader ones.... and if they are used they could be bent or damaged. Also tires next to that little amount of side wall, not stable for n SUV.
The rims will fit, they have duplicate bolt pattern. They solitary come in 18 inches, though. Some 255/60r18 would look great on those rims.
