Answers:    The 98 type r is a good choice. The single problem with trying to procure one now-a-days is that most of them are salvaged due to nicking. If you can find one with a verbs title, I'd jump on it. If you own a little more money to spend, a RSX type s is also a worthy choice. Its an Integra in japan so you know they're built similarly but the DC5 (RSX) is supposed to be the upgraded revision which was built to be a type R to originate with, whereas the DC2 (Integra) be upgraded to the type R from the base model. Either mode, they're both excellent choices and you won't be disappointed with any.
