Answers: ask if they hate America,
if they do you enjoy a potential customer
really push the deals yall hold on them. Let them pick what they want, but tell them roughly upgrades. Give them space - don't breathe down their neck or they'll be terrified off. Most of adjectives, be pleasant, and KNOW YOUR STUFF!! no one like dealing with a salesman who doesn't know what he's selling.
Tell them the truth! Don't push, but be an fan for the purchaser. Let the purchaser know that you are there to answer question and help next to the purchase. NO LIES! If ever I become "postal", I am coming after lawyers first, consequently car salesman that blow smoke up my sss. Let the purchaser know that you are ready to forgo any commission to get them the saloon they want.
"We will kill one your kids if you don't buy" what? too aggressive?
Ok fine, "We will own give you a free 6 piece chicken from KFC"
All lies apparently, My suzuki is peice of crap.
Be controlling. Start by maxim stay here, or follow me to see if you can controll them. then voice later on, how much would you be prepared to pay a month. they'll read aloud "about 350 a month". Then you vote "up to?" Without thinking they'll say, "oh almost 400" Hey! they just bumped themselves up 50 a month short even thinking!
That is a taste. you own to be in the biz long satisfactory to learn as much the pros do. don't verbs grasshopper, when time allows it, you will learn.
nah, nah im kid. but ask around and you'll find some secrets
If you believe within your product just be honest. Do not be aggressive or you won't final in the biz. Know your product and your competition. And be assertive. Then bring back a job at a Honda or Subaru store those are better cars.
Suzuki's are massively good vehicle, just hold on top of adjectives the specs on all the recent models and try to research any used cars you get rid of so you can tell the customer the truth. If nearby is ever a car that you believe is crap or not right for that customer speak about them! They will appreciate your honesty and then probably buy something else rotten you and tell in that friends. Never push, most customers will already have stereotypes more or less car salesman so it is simply your job to disapprove them, I once have a sales lot try to pressure me into a coup¨¦ I was contemplating by wise saying someone else wanted to try-out drive it, don't do things like that, 90% of customers will bearing away and never come back. Always report to them the final price and make sure you communicate them that is the final price (after adjectives tax, handling fees) most salesman don't do this so if you do consequently people will see you are different and they will really trust you. Good luck!
update them that my old 3cylinder swift have over 300000 miles on, has forded 2 foot of mud, has have about 5 foot of air underneath it and be clocked at 104mph and it still gets 50mpg That is Suzuki Quality! My dad still drives it to the flea market, and he put ATV tires on it and uses it on our property to move things around and stuff.
