1992 Subaru Legacy Code 35 Evap purge spigot?

I have a 1992 Legacy LS 4x4 Automatic.
The CEL is flashing code 35 which according to my guide shows a problem with the EVAP purge spout curcuit.
I have cleared the code, consequently after a short drive the CEL will come on again. It seems to fluffy back up after I hold turned the car bad, then restarted it.
Any accepted wisdom on how to fix this problem.

Answers:    It's a defective purge control soleinod valve. It's located on the intake various, has a few vacum lines and an electrical device on it, I believe the connector is blue or brown. When you buy a bright one, look under the right side of the intake and contest the part beside the new one to locate it, it is mounted next to a 10mm bolt.
It's either the evap stopcock itself or the gas cap isn't tight plenty.
