im planning on fully building my b18c ... just curious if it will ruin the engine or even the lifetime...it have 90,000 miles ..will it like ultimate another 10 years if i take watchfulness of it. Im not going to really race...im merely really into fast cars...also, im planning on making upgrades on which the engine can hold the hp...how much do you guys expect is a proper amount of boost to be safe... a friend of mine have his gsr boosted 20 psi and he is pushing 450hp

Answers:    your cars best days are past turn the boost up to boom and achieve a new vehicle after the engine fails
The short answer is yes, you would expected shorten the service life of your coup¨¦. A truth about additonal power is if you enjoy it, you'll use it.

I sincerely doubt your friend is getting 450 HP out of his Integra....it's not absolutely impossible, but it is extrememely unlikely, mainly with solitary 1.8 liters of displacement.
dont forget if ur going to increase the boost to first upgrade ur fuel system to get more fuel surrounded by the engine quicker otherwise its waisted effort, and i would simply run up to 14psi with a single turbo... the sophisticated you go the more possible it will be to shorten engine vivacity. and if you change your mind you could other upgrade your boost again later.
