We just bought a 1970 Monte Carlo next to a crate engine.
The engine ID number we found is
1M0811
4VP
Number was found on the block aft the alt.
Can anyone help make out this?
Answers: Need the numbers from the rear of the block - put a bet on by the distributor
Then I can tell you exactly what it is.
